After we lost our GSP at the end of June we wanted something permanent to remind us of her. I emailed Sara after finding her website and she was very responsive. I loved the look of the statues as they were very similar to our beloved dog. She arranged to have the item shipped to Canada - I had little luck finding anyone else who would do this for me. The process from start to finish was very quick and easy. The dog statue was shipped and Sara kept me up-to-date along the way. The entire process was seamless. The quality of the item is excellent. Exactly how the pictures on the website depict the statue. We love our new statue and she sits proudly by our front door.
